Shipping

Products ship within 1-3 business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise noted on the website or by your representative. Method of transit is FedEx Ground or best way. Within the continental US, transit time is 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address. Freight item's transit times are typically 5-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada typically require 7-10 business days. Shipping and Handling charges will be reflected on your invoice.

Express Delivery

Guaranteed 2nd Day Delivery
Guaranteed Overnight Delivery by 5PM

Lift Gate/Ramp

For freight items only. Enables delivery without a loading dock. DOES NOT include inside delivery.

Inside Delivery

For freight items only. Product is transported from truck to inside of the building.

Set up and Trash Removal

For freight items only. Removal of product from skid, set in place of use and removal of packaging materials and skid.

Receiving a Delivery and Freight Damage

DO NOT sign any Proof of Delivery, Delivery Receipt, or Bill of Lading until all packages have been thoroughly inspected for damage. It is the consignee's responsibility to count & thoroughly inspect all packages upon receipt. Merchandise arriving with external damage should be described to the driver and noted on Proof of Delivery, Delivery Receipt, or Bill of Lading, PRIOR to signing. In case of concealed damage, consignee must have contacted the carrier within two (2) business days of delivery to file a damage claim. apexx Veterinary Equipment is not responsible for freight damages, filing a damage claim, or for the consignee failing to file a damage claim within the specified period of time.

You are responsible for thorough packaging of your equipment to protect from standard shipper's abuse during transit. (apexx is not responsible for damage during transit due to inadequate packaging).

Ask about our EZ Ship program

For one low price, we'll ship to you a custom box with custom packaging specifically for the equipment being transported. We'll even include a completed return shipping label. Simply place your equipment in the box/container, seal/close the box/container and call us. apexx will schedule pick up with our carrier. Insurance for full replacement value in the case of loss or damage is included in the EZ Ship price. (EZ Ship is not available for all pieces of equipment)
