Our Unique Process: Every morning, the apexx Equipment team meets to review and discuss each Customer Service Opportunity (CSO). After understanding the opportunity, an action plan is set in place. The CSO board is continually updated as actions are completed and solutions delivered. A CSO is taken off the Board when it’s resolved to the Customer’s satisfaction.
